Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Jarvis Williams (“we”) for using Frankreel. By creating an account you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use Frankreel.

Your account

You need to be at least 18 to use Frankreel. Keep your sign-in secure; you’re responsible for what happens under your account. Connect only channels you own or are authorised to manage.

YouTube

Frankreel uses YouTube API Services. By using it you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Frankreel is not made, endorsed or supported by YouTube or Google. Nothing changes on your channel unless you press Publish.

Plans and billing

• The Free plan costs nothing and never turns into a paid plan by itself.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Before each renewal we email you the date and the amount: 7 days ahead for yearly plans, 3 days ahead for monthly ones.
• You can cancel at any time on the Plans page.
• Refunds: if you cancel within 14 days of a payment, we refund that payment in full and your plan ends straight away. After 14 days, you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for, and we don’t refund the rest of it. This doesn’t limit any refund rights you have by law.
• Prices are shown before you pay. If we change a price, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.
• Credits reset each month and don’t roll over. An AI action that fails doesn’t use a credit.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Frankreel to break the law or YouTube’s rules, to mislead viewers, to spam, to scrape or overload the service, or to get around plan limits. We may suspend accounts that do. Where we can, we’ll tell you why first.

Your content

What you create and upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run Frankreel for you, including sending it to the processors listed in the privacy policy.

AI suggestions and estimates

Suggestions, scores and keyword figures are estimates to help you decide. They are not guarantees of views, revenue or growth. You decide what to publish and are responsible for it.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Frankreel running but can’t promise it will never be interrupted. We may change features; if a change removes something you pay for, we’ll tell you in advance on the changelog and by email.

Ending the agreement

You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Frankreel is provided “as is”. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost views. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
