Billing

• Cancel: go to Plans and press Cancel plan. There’s nothing else to fill in.
• Refund: cancel within 14 days of a payment and that payment is refunded in full, automatically. It usually reaches your card in 5 to 10 days.
• Change card or download invoices: Plans, then Change card or see invoices.
• Renewal reminders go to your sign-in email 7 days before a yearly renewal and 3 days before a monthly one.

Your channel

• “That Google account has no YouTube channel”: pick the Google account, or brand account, that owns the channel on Google’s screen.
• Stats look behind YouTube Studio: we refresh daily, and recent videos every 6 hours. YouTube Studio shows some figures earlier.
• Publishing asks for more access: we only ask for permission to edit videos the first time you publish.

Credits

Each AI action costs 1 credit, and the button tells you before you click. Failed actions give the credit back. Credits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
